Return Policy

We know you'll love our products but if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase within 30 days of your order, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. To arrange a return, please follow the instructions below.

Arranging a Return

Please ensure that your return is well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return items.

Online Purchase

Once we've received your product, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Retail Partners:

We are only able to accept returns for orders placed on For purchases made with one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange a return. 

Defective Product:
If you believe you've received a defective product, kindly contact us at so we can arrange a replacement or credit accordingly.
