We know you'll love our products but if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase within 30 days of your order, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. To arrange a return, please follow the instructions below.

Defective Product
If you believe you've received a defective product, kindly contact us at info@carolpriest.co.nz so we can arrange a replacement or credit accordingly. In your email, please include the following:
Your order number, a picture of the product and description of the defect.
Arranging a Return
Please ensure that your return is well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return items. Also, please include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method.
Once we receive your product, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
Retail Partners
We are only able to accept returns for orders placed on our website. If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your Carol Priest Natural Cosmetic purchase you can return any item within 7 days of order as long as it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Please ensure you provide us an email address, so we can get in touch with you. Freight charges may apply.
